Kidney Centers is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
 

Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:  Under the supervision of the physician, the Nurse Practitioner will provide patient care in a growing Nephrology practice as directed.  The Nurse Practitioner will assist the physician in all aspects of patient care and facilities (hospital, clinic and dialysis centers).


Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Summary:  The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will provide direct care for patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, and work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.  The LVN will demonstrate a basic understanding of contemporary and psychosocial nursing principles in relation to patients with chronic renal failure, adhering to regulatory and company policy and procedures.


Charge Nurse

Job Summary:  The Charge Nurse will be responsible for the provision and supervision of patient care in the dialysis facility, supervise and re-enforce all company approved policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations, supervise the preparation of all equipment and supplies, make rounds with physician and ensure that physician's orders are executed as written, along with other Charge Nurse duties set forth by Kidney Centers.


Dietitian

Job Summary:  The Dietitian will provide clinical nutrition service to patients in order to support and maximize the nutritional status of each patient.


Patient Care Technician

Job Summary:  Functions under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of hemodialysis treatment and related renal care to patients.


Unit Secretary

Job Summary
:  The Unit Secretary will be responsible for updating and maintaining all medical records related to Kidney Centers in a neat, organized and professional manner.  The Unit Secretary will also be responsible for answering telephones, scheduling of consultations, appointments and procedures, preparing monthly reports and data for quality assurance, as well as other office administrative duties.
